I have two white spots on my right tonsil one on top of the other. They look like white heads like you see on a pimple. They didn’t appear until my throat got red and irritated from my acid reflux. The acid has started coming up into the back of my throat. My tonsil isn’t swollen or anything, but my throat is sore. What could this be
