Welcome to ehealthforum.
The bleeding after fingering could be due to pregnancy (implantation bleeding) if you had been sexually active after periods. Other possibility includes bleeding due to cervical erosion, presence of cervical polyps, PID, cervical dysplasia, etc. The altered smell could suggest possibility of infection too. A careful examination done by your gynecologist along with vaginal swab/smear test and PAP smear test, ultrasound scan would help to know the exact cause for the bleeding. A blood HCG test done would confirm/rule out pregnancy.
Take care.
