Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms could indicate possibility of pregnancy. Visit your gynecologist for examination and tests to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Blood HCG levels are confirmatory and more accurate than the urine pregnancy tests. Look out for other symptoms suggestive of pregnancy like: fatigue, nausea, constipation, increased sleep, hunger and tiredness, mood changes, back pain, lower abdominal cramps, increased frequency of urine, breast soreness, nipple sensitivity, food cravings, headaches.
Take care.
