I have tried looking for an answer to this but I click every link and it gives me a 404 error, but today I was being silly after I took my pill- as in right after I put it in my mouth and swallowed I made a hissing noise and made a face. I am a very anxious person so I started thinking maybe it came out of my mouth, which is unlikely since I swallowed it already.
But my anxiety was driving me mad and I'm seeing my boyfriend in 3 day so I want to be safe. I am on the 12th day of my pill-pack, so my anxious self took an extra pill. I want to know if this will have any negative consequences in the effectiveness? I have taken my pill up to now at the same time everyday without missing. Except the first day of my new pack I was at a concert and was too scared to take my pill there so I started one day later which meant taking two pills the same day.

So I want to know if now 12 days into my pill pack will there be any negative consequence to the effectiveness? Thank you!

You will be fine. How long will yo be seeing your boyfriend? if it goes past day 20, you will be missing a pill. You can just start your next pack on day 21 if you are still going to have sex wiyh him then. It will also prevent you from having your period then.

Enjoy your time with your boyfriend.

Thank you very much for your answer! My room mate brought about the idea I haven't read anything about yeast infections but I have anxiety so now I'm worrying if maybe that can happen ?

Thanks again for your answer and to everyone's patience (I'm just a very nervous person)

Birth control pills does not cause yeast infections.

You can surely not worry about everything that may happen? You will not have any time to enjoy life. So just stop this nonsense. When you get a yeast infection, deal with it, but for sanity's sake, do not worry about it now. You may only get one 30 years from now, or tomorrow. Nobody can say.
