I now have 2 holes around my anus? What do I have?

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i believe these holes around anus are never normal and should always be evaluated for the cause. Possible differentials are fistula, a pilonidal sinus or some local fissures. Consult a doctor, let them have a look and decide what it is.
