Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Your concern is regarding the severe pelvic pain that you are having. There are many possibilities to your symptoms.

Firstly, it can be pelvic inflammatory disease which can be caused by an infection of the pelvic organs. As you are a female, so this possibility is high.

It can also be due to ectopic pregnancy, fibroid uterus or ovarian cysts. Ultrasound abdomen and cervical swabs are needed to rule them out.

Other possibilities are inflammatory bowel disease, bowel obstruction, irritable bowel syndrome, kidney obstruction or pyelonephritis, psoas abscess and volvolus (twisting of the sigmoid part of the large bowel on itself).

Investigations like ultrasound abdomen, CT abdomen and colonoscopy are required to confirm a diagnosis. My advice is to consult a physician/ gynecologist and get it evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
