Hello,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If your ovaries are functional and if you have been having ovulation (and not on any regular birth control measures), then chances of pregnancy could be possible if you have been sexually active. If the symptoms have remained persistent, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough evaluation to look for the exact underlying cause as well as confirm/rule out pregnancy possibility. Further treatment options would be suggested based on the examination findings and evaluation results. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
