Welcome to ehealthforum

If the blood flow is normal in duration and amount then the chance of pregnancy can be ruled out completely. If there is spotting and light bleeding then it can be even implantation bleeding.
Wait for few days and watch the bleeding pattern. If it is not usual then get a Urine HPT done and visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
