Trying to find reason and resolutions - sperm quality


Trying to get some reason why ejaculated sperm quality is poor but when extracted surgically is good.

How to get good quality sperm when ejaculated.

Surgical sperm extraction is carried out to increase the number of good quality sperms in the ejaculate. This is a procedure done for individuals who have low sperm in their ejaculate due to some obstruction either caused by permanent sterilization or due to infection or because the person suffers from retrograde ejaculation. This person has healthy sperms in the testicle or in the epididymis but they are unable to come out due to blockage.
