trying to figure out when i should test...

i could possibly be pregnant accoriding to my first period in August 13-14 ..i was due for my period on yesterday semptember 9th but nothing happed. What im asking is should i wait till my next 28th day of counting is which is the 28th day of semptember since i had a period/spotting on the 29-30 of august. im sorry if im asking way to many questions its just im trying to figure out when i should test on top of this two weeks ago i weighed 120 now i weigh 124.... and i dont eat that much

If you had been sexually active (and if you are not on form of birth control measures), after your last periods, then the second bleeding/spotting that you experienced could have been due to probable implantation. If you suspect chances of pregnancy, look out for development of any other new symptoms. Wait and watch for your periods. If you do not get your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately as early as 11 days post-conception). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
