trying to figure out if i should be concerned Pregnant?

Been trying to figure out if i should be concerned about possibly being pregnant..... I have been on a 3 month cycle with birth control pills, however around 3 weeks ago i got off track and havent taken them since, my period was supposed to start 4 days ago and I still have not even the slightest spotting. I have been sexually active normally with protection but sometimes starting without and adding a condom half way through and 5 days ago we didnt use anything at all.
The past two days I have noticed very sore swollen nipples that get erect over almost anything, been tired, cant focus, decreased want of eating, increased sex drive, etc. and recently ive noticed the tips of my nipples are developing bumps kinda and it looks like theres white stuff underneath the skin.

Any advice, input, suggestions etc would be great!

Since you have been off birth control for some time, the delay in periods and body changes could be due to hormonal changes of coming off the pill. However, yes, pregnancy is also a great possibility. I suggest you take a HPT and see. If it is negative, wait a week and take the test again. If it is still negative and you do not get your periods, please consult your gynecologist regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
