Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the pregnancy status or miscarriage due to heavy bleeding that you describe without examining you. If periods were delayed and if you did not have your usual PMS symptoms, chances of pregnancy are possible. If the bleeding/period has been heavy and with clots and abdominal cramps, it could suggest possibility of incomplete abortion/miscarriage and retained products of conception. Do not ignore your symptoms. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for examination and thorough evaluation to look for the underlying cause for the abnormal bleeding that you describe. Hormonal analysis done would help to rule out any hormonal derangements, thyroid abnormalities. Ultrasound scan done will help to rule out endometrial hyperplasia, retained products of conception etc which if found to be present, would require a D&C procedure to clean up the uterine cavity to help stop the bleeding. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
