trying to conceive, light brown blood without cramps...

so heres my story... me and my husband are ttc(trying to conceive) my last period was july 18th and i havent had it yet its a been a week or so... ive been extremely tired nipples are extremely sensitive dizziness and now im experiencing light brown blood without cramps... i put a pad on and it just had stains of brown but then i put a new pad on and its clean and now i only see brown when i wipe... whats going on??

Welcome to ehealthforum

Your symptoms could be suggestive of pregnancy.If your periods are regular and it has already been more than a week from the expected date consider getting a Blood hcg tests done for pregnancy determination.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

sounds like implantation bleeding. please let me know as I am 5 day late with lots of symptoms and suspecting im about 4 weeks pregnant now
