trying from 3 months but...

Im 23 yrs old. I have been married for a year n a half now. We want to start a family. I have been trying from 3 months but im not pregnant yet. I have had 2 abortions previously with my first marriage. One around 4yrs back and another around 2 yrs back. After the abortions doctor confirmed through scanning that there was no complication. Im perfectly healthy now. my menstrual cycles are regular. But still i m having problems with conceiving. What could be the reason?

Welcome to ehealthforum

If you have conceived previously then there should not be a problem in conceiving. If after trying continuously for 6 months even a couple is not able to conceive then a detailed examination is required.Have regular intercourse during ovulation days.Do not get up immediately after intercourse.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for examination and investigations as USG scan,Hormonal analysis and your partners Sperm Count analysis.
