Trying for pregnancy after miscarriages

User Profile
About how long does it takes a female to have another child after 2 miscarriages? Or do you think it would be safe for her to try again?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

Usually it is better to try after 3 months. This gives time for the body to heal. Meanwhile you can also get investigated as to why you had those miscarriages. Since you already had 2 miscarriages, chances of a third is high.

Please discuss this with your gynecologist and get proper investigations and treatment. It is difficult to comment beyond this on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
