Trying again, I don't know if "ready" is the correct term.

User Profile
We just lost our first daughter at the beginning of Aug but I really want to try again. I've had my first cycle and the docs say I'm fine to try again when I'm emotionally ready. I don't know if "ready" is the correct term. I'll be a nervous wreck but I don't think that would change if I waited years instead of months. At advice or tips for trying again. I was 33 when we conceived her. Not actively trying but not preventing. My husband thinks this should be the way we do it this time but I'm afraid to wait that long. We had been together over 3 years! I'd like it to happen within the next few cycles

Extremely eHealthy
start taking folic acid even if takes a few months to get pregnant it's important for babys neuro development. Eat healthy, stop smoking drinking and taking drugs. Cut down on caffeine.

make sure you get plenty of rest and exercise too.
Good luck TTC and hope you have a happy and healthy pregnancy
