I'm in a relationship with a lady, and neither of us has had sex for at least 3 years, but somehow she was diagnosed with having chlamydia. I was blood tested and am negative, but her Doctor said I must have had a another sexual partner, but I haven't! I feel her trust in me has been diminished.

Is there another possible way this was contracted??

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Chlamydia is contracted via sexual transmission. One of you are not givingthe detailed history to the doctor . Chlamydia cant be 3 years old.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
