Troubled Teens other symptoms I should look for?

I am in love with my boyfriend I've been with for a while now. We've had sex 1 or 2 times, then we stopped for a few months because I didn't think it was the right choice, he agreed and was fine with it. One week ago exactly, one thing led to another and it happened again. While doing it, the condom broke. He didn't come, and as soon as it broke he pulled out immediately. He said he definitely didn't cum because the band of the condom was hurting him a bit and it wasn't comfortbale (he was complaining while intercourse but didn't think much of it) A week passed, and I'm starting to get spotting.. Normally my period has been a little crazy and overwhelming the past few months, and abnormal. I'm supposed to get it in about a week to 10 days, and I normally get discharge for a week before I get it. I've been getting my normal heavy discharge before I menstrate, like normal, but I'm stressing super hard about it.. I know the little to none chances about getting pregnant from Precum but honestly I don't even think he did that because of the pain. he said it didnt even feel that well because of the pain from the band but he did it for my pleasure.. clearly I'm mature but made a mistake, I just don't know what to do.. How long should I wait to take a pregnancy test? what other symptoms should I look for? (other than the spotting I haven't had anything else) and anything else I should look out for or know. thank you for reading.
