I am 31 with no kids yet and my time clock is ticking. I ahve been to the gyno had test done etc.. and nothing seems to be wrong I ahve read about all kinda of things that can cause not to get prego and I get soo depressed cus all I want is one child thats all and I deff am not getting any younger. My question is if you have never been on birth control could that to be the reason which I have hear i you go on it for 6 months it will regulate your periods andmore then likely get prego shortly after

Parisi, It is true that doctors can use birth control pills to regulate your cycle. This is not guaranteed to change anything however.

They can also use fertility drugs to force ovulation.

Do you track your ovulation so that you know when your best chance of falling pregnant is?

Did your partner go for a semen analysis? It takes two to make a baby.

Best of luck with TTC!!

Try not to stress to much over this because that can cause you not to conceive. I know that is better said than done. Me and my boyfriend have just started to try to conceive a few months ago. I've been stressing because with my other three kids I got pregnant right off when I stopped taking birth control.

I have battled with my so called infertility for more than a decade until I have finally found a cure, got pregnant twice and now am a proud mother of two beautiful healthy children.

You can hear about my story on my website.
I wish you all good luck!
