Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

Hip pain is common in patients of Parkinson's disease. It is usually due to bursitis of the hip joint.

Bursitis is painful inflammation of the bursa, a fluid-filled sac located just over the greater trochanter of the femur or the thigh bone.

Give complete rest and limit the activities which cause exaggeration of the pain. You can also take NSAID ( non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs) pain killer after consulting your doctor. If the pain persists then epidural corticosteroid injection may be needed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
