Treatment for lower back disc pain

im 19 and have been getting pain in my lower back for about a year, the pain feels like its on one of my discs, i have to move around alot to get comfortable, it mainly happens around 2-6 in the morning but when i get up it doesnt hurt, as much or it goes away, i have tryed mainy different things for my back, like creams,tylenol back pain, and patches. what sould i do?

sorry you have this trouble. yes it could be a disc but it could be many other things like arthritis of the joints in the spine. you need to be tested and diagnosed by a spine specialist. see either a neuro or orthopedic surgeon who specializes on the spine. once he/she finds the exact problem a treatment plan can be determined to combat your pain....pete

i havent had anything done my doctor doesnt care very much, cause i also have a cyst in my wrist and i asked him about that too and hes like oh you will be fine, its just gonna hurt to move, when my boyfriend rubs my back he says its one of lower discs in my back, and he says it feels like it needs to crack, but i cant crack it, no i havent went to an mri and stuff i know i need to but, im gonna be honest i dont know how to do that, lol. thanks pete now i now where i gotta go.

try non-heating chinese "snogg patch" - at least it kills sharp pain in joints, lower back and in the neck area. and i don't recommend to use heating patches - after use pain comes back more severely.
