Total Hip Replacement with Fractured Femur

I am looking for people who have had a fractured femur and a total hip replacement. I would like to know how you are progressing and maybe suggestions of your recovery time.

Recovering from total hip replacement
Eleven weeks post op and still using one of my walking sticks or a cane. Still have weakness on my left side when walking without assistive devices. Occasionally I take a Norco 5 mg (broken in half).

Thanks Caroline for your encouragement. I wish I were moving along faster but I know everyone recovers differently.

My hip is doing great it is the nerve damage that was left behind that is causing me so much problems. It soon will be 2 yrs for me now and I still have a limp and pain from the nerve damage caused by the broken femur that was done from the first partial hip replacement I had after my accident. I just keep on walking and set my limitations to what I know is safe for me.
