I have been getting cramps that start up high and in my back then radiate through my entire abdomen area. Is this normal?? Is this the beginning of labor?? And when should i go to the hospital?? Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
I suggest you to go to the hospital at once.As you are in early labor and a second time pregnant, your labor process will advance more rapidly than those women who are first time pregnant. So,any delay can be hazardous.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counseling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
