HI FOLKS I HAVE BEEN READIN UP ABOUT DEPRESSION FOR AGES NOW.
I THOUGHT I WAS DEPRESSED AND ITS HARD TO BELIVE THAT I AM.

HERES WATS WRONG WITH ME:

LACK OF SELF CONFIDENCE
Variation of mood during the day. It's often worse in the morning
SHORT TEMPER
FEELINGS OF GUILTYNESS
CANT SLEEP FOR LONG,WAKE UP EARLY IN MORNING AND CANT GET BACK TO SLEEP.

I HAVE A FEW MORE TIHNGS WRONG WITH MW IN MY HEAD AND I HAVENT BEEN TO A DOCTOR YET.

IM TOO SCARED TO DO SO.

I think that you are mildly depressed but not enough to hurt you.

Did something happen to you that is difficult to talk about?

Unless you are having thoughts of suiside, you should be just fine....but if you are, you should seek help immediantly.

Everyone goes through difficult periods of time and I think the best thing to do is talk to a close friend about your problems.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These symptoms are consistent with depression.
You should start antidepressant.
