Will eating sunflower seeds daily, approx 1/2 to 3/4 cup, add to my cholesteral level? I have never had a cholesteral problem until this last year, and the only thing that I can think of that is different is the seeds.

Sunflower seeds probably won’t influence blood cholesterol leves. Drugs that are used for treating high blood cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) include those like simvastatin. Additionally, a proper diet can help you to reduce obesity. You can consult your GP or internist for follow up.
