The possible symptoms of miscarriage include low back pain or abdominal pain that is dull, sharp or cramping, vaginal bleeding with or without abdominal cramps, and tissue or clot-like material that passes from the vagina. However, some of pregnant women experience vaginal bleeding during the first three months of pregnancy. You may consult a gynecologist for a correct diagnosis.
