Hi, I have very boney shoulders. I wouldn't consider myself to be anorexic, or have any other part of my body boney, but my shoulders just don't seem to have any flesh there at all... Do I need to do any excersies that will help my shoulders gain 'a bit of meat' on them? I eat well, and I have never had any 'eating dissorders'.
