I've had this knot in my head for awhile. It's been there for four years and it hardly dosen't hurt that much. nooone really notices it like when i'm getting my hair done or someones touching my head. Is this normal or is a sign of something serious. It hasen't grow that much at all and when my mom touched it she couldn't feel anything. Is it a result from hitting my head one time? Like when I was young I fell out of a shopping cart years ago. Please let me know if it's something serious.

Welcome to e health forum.

It is not possible to provide answers to the cause of your symptoms just based on your history.

A few blood tests - complete blood count, peripheral blood smear, renal and liver functions, thyroid function tests, etc can be done which can help in making a proper diagnosis.

Hence consult your doctor who can help you properly.
