Pregnancy category C drugs, Migraine meds + pregnancy

I would like to get pregnant.
How long before do I need to stop with the Topamax (100 mg/day treatment for migranes)?

Topamax, or topiramide, is a Pregnancy Category C type of drug, which means that its teratogenic effect has been proven in animals. Therefore, Category C drugs shouldn’t be taken during pregnancy. You might consider to stop taking Topamax and wait until your next period comes. Then you may try again to conceive.
