i have a very bad procrastination problem, its effecting my life and family extremely. i go to college and i barely get any sleep. does anyone have any tips on straightening out my life. I would really appreciate it.

You may want to concider speaking to one of your on campus counselors. They should be able to help you or point you to someone who can help you learn some organizational and maybe some coping skills. That will probably be your best bet. If they are unable to help let us know. We may have some tips that you can use.
