Hi,

i have had a problem lately with my hands locking into place. I will go to move my hand and it will not move from the last position it was in. After about of minute of trying I will regain movement of my hand. This happens in both of my hands and is reaccuring more frequently. If anyone has any information on this or had this happen to them, I would appreciate any information I could receive.

Thank you

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Get evaluated by a rheumatologist for this transient stiffness. Take some tylenol and do range of mobility exercises.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
