Palpable Nodule

Will someone please explain 2 me what this is?
I have one. Should I be concerned?? Thanks

The description of the lumps does not help to make a proper diagnosis.

The lesions could be either benign enlarged lymph nodes, fat collections like Lipoma, normal bony prominences of the spine or infected skin glands.

A proper examination in person would be necessary to provide specific opinion. Hence consult your doctor at the earliest.
