How long do you have to wait to start exercising?

When can you take the newborn out of the house?

If you deliver vaginally, how many days do you have to wait before you drive?

Hey

hey I am a motherof a one month old baby and the answer to ur questions are basicly whenever you feel up to it.. But for the newborn being taken out of the house.. If he or she is healthy and it is not to cold out there is no problem but taking out a newborn is risky because of the germs u can be exposing them to.. I didnt take my son out til he was at least 2 weeks old hope this helps

I am danielle a mother of 3, ages 7, 3 1/2 and 11 months. You are supposed to wait about a month before you can start exerciseing. About taking the baby out, I wouldn't do it unless you need to go to the store, or something, but don't take him or her out everyday, especially in rsv season.
Well with my eldest son I drove 2 weeks after, my middle baby I waited about a month and with my daughter I had to drive right away because my husband was killed a day after we got home. So it just depends on you and your doctor! Good luck!
