Being Sick And Getting Rash- Stress?

User Profile
I'm only in my teens and I think i'm suffering with stress.
It started when I was bullied, thats stopped now, but i
still feel like i'm caved in.
A few days ago, I was in a arguement with my mom.
And she told me I wasn't aloud to go to my best mate's house, and i've never met her before, so I was really exicted.
I started screaming and vomiting alot.
I was crying my eyes out, and then it just stopped.
A hour later, I noticed these red spot like things above my eye, around my cheek and across my chin.
These aren't spots, and they don't itch, i've tried trying to keep calm, and the water business.
But i'm worried now because they won't go, and i'm now aloud to my mate's house, thats 8 days away, and i'd like them gone before then.
I'm stuck on this problem,
any ideas please?
