Is there such a thing as blood pressure that is too low? My blood pressure is consistently around 98/65. It seems like that would be good if I were athletic and ate a healthy diet. But, i'm about 100 lbs overweight, don't diet, and exercise very little. Does anyone know if it is normal to have low blood pressure and an unhealthy lifestyle?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Blood pressure can be low but yours is in perfectly normal range and nothing to worry about.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
