Hey everyone, I would like to say i'm new here and have perused the site and found tons of cool information :)

okay, now to the point. I woke up a couple years ago and noticed these weird skin bumps on my left shoulder. Not pictured, I have one on my right shoulder too.


I will include a picture on the bottom here:

I read your question and I understand your concern.
These findings are typical of keratosis pilaris. These are benign skin lesions and don't need treatment. Just reassurance is needed.
