Seems like I heard before that there is a way to strech your esophagus from home. They used to do it years ago when we didnt have the equipment we have today.

Anyone know of the ways to do it?

I know its best to go to doctor but im talking about from home. Thanks

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Esophageal stretching from home is highly forbidden as it can lead to so many injuries and complications. Try to stick to your doctor and let them take care of it

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
