Lessen the Apperance of Scars

Hi people. I know for a fact that sweets like chocolate gave me acne. No doubt in my mind. I used to not care, but now that I am more and more into the social life, I want to get rid of this acne and scars.

My question to you is, is there a cream that can lessen the apperance of acne? I heard that tanning helps it out, so I go tanning once a week. I know the proactiv lotion helped stop break outs, but scars are still there.

What kind of soap should I use? I try and use a soap with some lotion in it, so it doesnt dry out my skin as bad.

Well any info it appreciated. Thanks -pawel

If you tan, actually, it will make scars stand out more.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Use acne aid soap and topical isotretinoin plus erythromycin gel to resolve the issue.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
