hey notjuno!
I am a mom of 3 and maybe 4....I talked to my dr because we were using the withdraw (pullout) method and she enlightened me on this, the pre ejaculation sperm is more potent then the actual ejaculation so the pull out method is not a good method for preventing. I now am waiting to find out if I am prego with #4 and have 2 other friends who got prego that way!(pull out/withdraw method) so I hope youre results are what you want them to be. Good luck....I didnt know this either until i went for my yearly check up and told the dr some of my symptoms and she sent me for blood test/pregnancy test...we will see soon what happens.

SO what happened? I've been using the withdrawal method during last month. I had an early, lighter and shorter period. I took two tests which were neg. However, my breasts are aching more and more, I have weird pulling sensations, my face is slightly more broken out, my lower back is sore, and I've noticed more veins in my breast leading to my nipples. My period started on the 17th but was not due until the 19th. I tested on the 17th and on the 21st. Both NEG. The pain is not going away. Now I feel like I have motion indigestion. Is this all in my head? I also have really bad endo. so maybe the pain is from that...

I read up on tests...the EPT was suppose to be good but then I read that it's not that sensitive. Maybe I tested too early?

Did you ever hear back from linds63? I've been in the same boat, about using the pullout method.

Help?! :)
So my boyfriend and I had sex on September 15th twice using the pull out method. Its now spetember 19th. I ovulated sometime around the 14th.
Starting yesterday [3 days after sex] I had some weird things happening. I never throw up or get nauseas and I had both. Today its okay, except when I eat, nothing sounds good and It makes me nauseas to eat.
Also today I have been having a dull ache in my lower abdomen and every once in a while a sharp pain for a few seconds. and i spotted a tiny bit today. Does anyone think this could be implantation related? I've read you can get symptoms only a few days after conception..

I'm having some of the same problems. I'm ovulating between 16-21st of this month, and my husband and I have had sex between the 15th-till today and today I noticed a strong cramping in my lower stomach and I can't seem to get comfortable because of my lower back pain. I haven't really had a full on head ache but I've been getting pressure that will last a few minutes then go away. We have been TTC for 4 years, and had a miscarriage back in May and I'm hoping this is implantation cramping! I can't take a test for another 2 weeks so this will kill me lol.

I am not trying to get pregnant at all right now BUT I am three days late for my period (I have a 28 day cycle that has usually always been on time). I also had a sharp stabbing pain down my right side that lasted ten or so minutes and got worse whenever I tried to move or sit up- my last period was on the 21st sept and this happened on the 18th of this month. Could this be implantation pain? I have also been feeling quite cramped and congested in my lower abdomen area since a few days before being due for my period. I've also been needing to pee a lot more, feeling more tired (no matter how much sleep I get), eating more, getting headaches and my nipples are quite sore. All this could just be a weird cycle as most of it is like pre-menstrual symptoms... But something just feels different.... Is it too early to take a test? HELP!

weird
Idk I've been having period like cramps for almost a week now. I have 26 day cycles, and my last af was on the 3rd of October. It started last Saturday morning (5 dpo) as an achy or heavy feeling in my uterus. On Monday it just felt like af was going to start. It's lasted all week and really didn't go away till night time, but came back in the morning and lasted through out the day. It feels much better today, but my bbs are feeling quite heavy and sore today. Sensitive to smells since Thursday. I never get cramps and I have very mild af's. I have had my tubes tied for 9 years, but i am very sexually active with my bf. Almost a daily thing for us. I've never felt heavyness in my uterus unless I was pregnant. So this is weird to me. I really feel pregnant. We will see, I have a Dr. Apt on Monday so ill keep ya posted.

It seems we have the same symptoms. I've also been getting more and more nauseous as the days go by. My boyfriend and I have decided to do a test on Tuesday (I won't see him till then and prefer him to be there)... Will keep you posted too (its useful finding out the outcomes of people in our type of situation Smile)

Ya I have my apt tomorrow. I keep thinking its completly impossible for me to be preg. But these symptoms are so out of the norm for me. And it could be a cyst or something like that. We'll see and I'll keep you posted for sure. I like to know the outcomes also and wish more people would do that.

Its the same here, well its not impossible, but the symptoms are just so... different... something feels different. I had big cramps upon trying to get to sleep last night. They were almost like the start of period cramps (I usually get pretty bad ones) except no bleeding. I got a little freaked out and started reading up on the net (at 3am!) apparently its quite normal for pregnancy (if that is the case with me) to have some cramping up until 12 weeks as the uterus stretchs and grows. Yeah, well, fun times ahead if it is the case! I find out tomorrow, will keep you posted.

Well I went to the doctors, and they did an ultrasound and told me I have a cyst, which can cause early pregnancy symptoms. I knew there was something wrong. They want to see me back in 6 weeks to make sure it has gone away.
Keep me posted with what is up with you.

Oh, thats awful!
Took test today, negative. Started period a few hours later... Strange that I was so late and I had all those symptoms.... I even felt like I was. I was silly to believe it, its happened before (the symptoms, not feeling like it). I just can't get my head around it. Guess I should go for a doctors visit too.

Ya sometimes our minds just play tricks on us. I am just wondering why i have been cramping for so long. Like 11 days now, its less than the first two days but still there.
In you case you could have ovulated late and then it just didn't attach right to the uterus so you got your period late. Well you always have next month Smile

hey all. i have a question and need some help. i am 8 days late on my period. and never have i ever been late. we are trying to get pregnant and i made sure of when the timing was good for ovulation.... i have taken 2 test one the day it was due and one today and they both say negative. i have a due pain in my stomach everyonce in a while. and i have a low thyroid problem that i take synthroid for and i didn't know if you have a thyroid problem can that cause your hormones not to produce enough hcg to show in a test? any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Ok same deal with me. Me and my partner have been ttc for a while now. We have been trying and trying with no luck! I had a miscarriage last year at 4 weeks which kinda broke me up a little. Well just recently his job called and he's out if town working but he came home the first week of October! I had my period at least that what it felt like on 9-19 which would have made me ovulate 9-30. He arrived home on 10-2 thru 10-6 and we played on all dates. I just started cramping and bleeding yesterday which throws off my cycle because it is about 7-8 days early.. The bleeding is not much I only see it when I wipe.. So at this moment I'm confused! Did I mention once the cramping started I threw up a lot!! I need answers

You don't need a uterus to have an ectopic pregnancy the sperm fertilizes the egg in the Fallopian tube and it can make that tube split so obviously it's not like a normal pregnancy. It's a pregnancy in which you would have to have a C-section. Maybe some people should read on it before they start telling people they are not pregnant or have to have a uterus to get pregnant. A ectopic pregnancy is a very painful pregnancy and very risky. (LOOK IT UP PEOPLE)!
