Hi ladies! I went to my 1st Dr. Appt. A few days ago and they gave me a sheet that says no soft cheeses. Does that include cream cheese??? It didn't mention it, but I don't think it mentioned all soft cheeses.

I heard it was like blu cheese and stuff like that. Cream cheese is fine I had some on crackers last night as a matter of fact, lol

Thanks so much for helping me out!! I had a bagel with cream cheese on it the other day, it was ok. I am so craving anything salty right now though! :)
