I have had anxiety for a while now but have been coping with it not too badly. However the other day I was driving home when I got the most horrible sensation it was like a feeling whooshing over my body. It was really horrible like a chill going through my body.

I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced these type of feelings? I controlled the situation quite well but it was horrible and was like a bolt out of the blue!

Thanks
