My Senior Loved One Was Always Anxious

We were caring for a loved one, and noticed that she was always anxious and could not eat. This may not be the case for everyone, but we looked at her meds. She was on over-the-counter drugs, prescription drugs, and herbal medicine.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Both medication and cognitive behavioural therapy sessions are equally important for management of anxiety.
