been on ortho tri-cyclen lo

I've been on ortho tri-cyclen lo for a month (day 1 starter) and I got all the way to my last inactive pill and accidently took the first pill of the new pack the same day as the last inactive pill. Is this okay? Should I expect a missed period?

Help appreciated

May be your menses get delay by a day or two.
