I was looking at a weight loss medication called trimlife. It does not have
ephedra in it. It does have 100mg of green tea extract, 450mg of lepidium meyenii (maca force), 83.3mg of bitter orange(herbal synephrine), 490mg of yerba mate and guarana, 10mg of calcium pyruvate, 530mg of botanical energy complex. I want to know if anyone knows if this is a good weight loss pill to take or should I ever take any with thyroid problems. I am also doing pilates. If a medical doctor or someone who knows about trimlife can help me out.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pills are not recommended to lose weight, FDA approved weight loss programs and exercises and reducing caloric consumption is the mainstay.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
