Osteoarthritis, Ankylosing Spondilitis And Spinal Stenosis

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis ,ankylosing spondilitis and spinal stenosis. My doctor suggest using enbrel since all other meds have not worked. Has anyone had any success with this drug?
