Is there any natural way in which diarrhea can be treated if someone don't want to go for drugs?

Stuff like cheese and white bread are supposed to thighten things up a bit.

As far as stuff that I know works excellently, immodium tablets. Take one tablet and no problems for 24 hours.

Water doesn't work, all I drink is water and I get diarrhea 2 times a day maybe for like 2 or 3 days then it randomly will come back in a ocuple weeks
