I have a patch of red dots (little patch) by my arm pits, on both! (just discovered it) what is this? Is it just a rash???? I scrub my arms like crazy with a soap brush, could this have been the cause?
Or is it something...Else?

Thanks guys,
replies could make me sleep better at night!:)

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern.
These could be due allergic reaction leading to dermatitis or vasculitis.
I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist to evaluate it as without examination diagnosis is tough.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
