Small Wart On Lower Abdomen

Hey I have a question. I have a small wart on my lower abdomen above my csection scar. Its flat pink with a black dot in it. Well I looked at it today and the area around it is red and the wart actually hurts a little. Should I see a doctor for this

I read your question and i understand your concern.
Warts can form in scar.However,its a bit atypical as it hurts.I would suggest you to consult a dermatologist to evaluate it as without examination diagnosis is tough.
