Yes, I am a good actor. I am a professional. No one knows the real me. I love fitness but I am 30 pounds overweight. I try to diet but I get up in the middle of the night and eat about 900 calories in carbs. I know that I am probably bipolar, I was diagnosed and gained about 50 pounds on the medication. I took my self off of it and am trying to deal with it. Yes, I binge and purge regularly. What I want to find out is how do you not get up in the middle of the night and go on a carb binge? I have most everythng under control but that. Help!!

It sounds like you are sleep eating? I dieted heavily for a year and as a result I started eating in my sleep. It was a crises for me, for over a year. I tried every supplement in America to see if it would stop the sleep eating. I was convinced I would never get out of it but I kept trying. We installed a door in the kitchen with a lock, and I did not have the key, so therefore I was unable to get in the kitchen at night. It worked, and I got out of the habit. I have not eaten in my sleep in months. I also eat more during the day now, so my body is used to the food and I don't wake up hungry like I used to.
