My wife has hemophilia and we tried to have another child. However, we opted to abort to sons who had her hemophiliac chromosome. We would like to have more kids but do not want to abort again. Are there any alternatives to ensure that we can have a hemophiliac free son?

If you do artificial insemination you could opt to screen for hemophilia, i believe. But it is quite costly.
